Many people ask about continence. What is it? Is it possible?

Yes, the sexual continence exists and it is possible. It is a right atitude about life; that means that it permits you to make a good management with your personal resurses - the sexual energy.
You have two possibilities: to lose the energy or to keep it.
Like a good manager, I prefer to keep my own and to use it on many vibrational levels (see chakras). Anyway there is more than that. It is a new concept about couple, about love, about life, about sexuality, based on ancient tantric teachings and practices.
It is very important to understand that you can have an orgasm and at the same time to keep the sexual energy, avoiding ejaculation.

Shanti21 is absolutely right with the fact that you can chose between two things, either keep the energy or not!

Remember the more you keep your sexual energy the more kundalini (stored chi) you keep in your dantein (second chakra), so that it will be able to spring and lighten up the other top chakras being the various aspects of your life.

So there is nothing wrong with having sex, just see it from a practical view point if it's conveniant for you or not... this is why priests, yogis and martial artists practice celibacy...

If you release the semen, all of your internal energy (chi) instead of going upwards gets released out of you... so chose wisely before having sex especially when you are not with a partner... don't blow it
