The phenomenon of resonance is very known in physics. It was discovered by Galileo Galilei with his investigations of pendulums, beginning in 1602.
The resonance is the tendency of a system to oscillate at larger amplitude at some frequencies (resonant frequencies) than at others. At these frequencies, even small periodic driving forces can produce large amplitude vibrations, because the system stores vibrational energy.
Resonant phenomena occur with all types of vibrations or waves: there is mechanical resonance, astronomical orbital resonance, acoustic resonance, optical resonance, electromagnetic resonance, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Electron Spin Resonance (ESR), the resonance of quantum wave functions.
Resonant systems can be used to generate vibrations of a specific frequency, or pick out specific frequencies from a complex vibration containing many frequencies.
My question is what kind of resonance is reffering here by the term "the fundamental law of resonance" and how is it connected with yoga?

What is "the law of resonance"? What do you mean by resonance?

The word resonance comes from the Latin "rezonare" which means to resound, to repeat a sound or a vibration.
In Yoga practice, resonance is a process of initiating or amplifying certain vibrating phenomena, consciously perceived in the human being, produced under the action of vibrations-energies coming from certain specific level of manifestation of the Universe.
Resonance can occur only when the frequency of the vibration is close or coincides with one of the frequencies with which the inner universe of the yogi is capable to vibrate in unison, as long as this process is maintained.
The continuity of the resonance process in a yogi's inner microcosm will be maintained due to an uninterrupted concentration.
During the maintenance of the state of resonance there occurs a continuous transfer of energies and information from Universe (the cosmic frequencies that are continually emitted like cosmic waves by certain cosmic centres, galaxies or stars), to the correspondent focus or specific centre from that being's inner universe (in the same way that a radio set can be tuned to different radio frequencies).
