Yoga has so many types and i have done jnana yoga. It is a best type i must say. It provides a great fitness to our body and mind. And we can get a good body shape easily.

You can not say: “I did jnana yoga”.
And now what ? What's next? When you really get to practice Jnana Yoga you do because you have reached that level of consciousness that allows to practice something... that is above all other forms of yoga. Blush

Jnana yoga means the finest discrimination, the spiritual one, as it goes up that man born again can using it to separate Spirit (The Truth) and "Who Is" by the soul and the feelings or thinkings of it or "what is not" because those feelings or thinkings of the soul are evanescents...
